摘    要:以装载机的工作装置为研究对象,建立一种新的有限元力学模型,对工作装置进行简化,忽略一些对强度影响不大的结构,着重分析了举升油缸的工作状态,提出了一种新的有限元处理方法,并建立工作装置的整体力学模型,针对两种典型工况,把有限元分析结果、试验测量值和公式值加以对比,验证力学模型的合理性,并找出动臂结构上的最大应力分布区,为改进设计提供依据。

Abstract:In this paper a new mechanical model was established to study the work equipment of a loader. The lifting structure was analyzed in details and a new method for finite element treatment was proposed. Based on them, a whole mechanical model was built up after some parts of work equipment were simplified or ignored. The stress of work equipment was analyzed using the finite element analysis system. Comparing the results from the finite element analysis and experiment, as well as the result from the formula in two typical cases, the rationalities of this model and the dealing method were testified. At last the maximum stress sections on work arms were found out in several cases, which provided a basis for modifying designs in the future.
