黄瓜白粉病拮抗细菌的筛选与鉴定及其防病机理

摘    要:通过室内盆栽试验,筛选到对黄瓜白粉病具有显著防治效果(≥90.0%)的细菌12个菌株进行田间小区防病试验,结果表明其中10个菌株具有显著的防治效果,菌株XJT-7、NZT-14-84和BDT-25的防治效果较好,分别为79.02%、67.51%和57.38%。对该3株生防细菌的防病机理初步研究证明他们的胞外代谢产物具有防病作用。通过分类鉴定,确定菌株XJT-7为坚强芽孢杆菌。

Abstract:One hundred and twenty-five bacteria were tested for their ability to control cucumber powdery mildew in greenhouse.Results showed that 12 bacterium strains could significantly decrease the disease index of this disease.In field plot,the 10 bacteria strains of these 12 bacteria showed significant efficacy to control this disease.Among them,the bacterium strain XJT-7,NZT-14-84 and BDT-25 expressed better efficacy to control cucumber powdery mildew with 79.02%,67.51% and 57.38% respectively in the field plot.The research on mechanism of these 3 bacteria to control this disease indicated their extra cellular metabolites could control the disease.The strain XJT-7 was identified as Bacillus firmus.
