新疆地区红枣产业现状及发展建议

摘    要:红枣营养价值丰富,新疆地区由于其光热资源、土地资源以及区位优势,红枣产业近年来发展迅速。论述了目前新疆红枣产业的发展现状,指出了目前新疆红枣加工产业所面临的问题,同时从干制红枣标准化加工、多元化产品的开发以及资源的高效利用等方面提出了新疆红枣产业的发展建议。

Abstract:The nutritional value of jujube is rich.Jujube industry developed rapidly in recent years in Xinjiang because of its light and heat resources,land resources and location advantage.This paper discusses the current jujube industry development in Xinjiang,such as large planting area,good market sale,rise of the leading companies and application of storage technology, and points out the current problems of processing industry in Xinjiang Jujube.The development of Xinjiang Jujube industry is also proposed from standardized processing of dried dates,development of diverse products and efficient use of resources.
