摘    要:肠球菌是食品、水、食品加工设备和食品生产环境等卫生状况的指示菌之一,对其进行检测的培养基种类较多。选用叠氮化钠葡萄糖肉汤和肠球菌肉汤对奶粉和水中肠球菌进行检测比较,结果表明,肠球菌肉汤具有绝对的优势,但在实际检测工作中,对不同样品进行检测时,应注意根据样品的性状合理选择培养基,以提高检测的速度和准确性。

Abstract:Enterococci is one of the indicator bacteria of sanitary condition to food,water,food processing equipment,food production environment,and so on.Sodium azide glucose broth and enterococcus broth are used to compare the detection effect of Enterococci in milk and wate.The results show that the enterococcus broth is better.But in actual testing work,to different samples for testing,in order to improve the detection speed and accuracy,we must choose the rational culture media according to the sample properties.
