D301G树脂降低山楂汁中有机酸

摘    要:采用弱碱性阴离子交换树脂D301G第1次对山楂汁中的有机酸和黄酮吸附后,对山楂汁中的总酸、黄酮和pH值的变化进行了分析,并通过对树脂的完全再生和不完全再生的比较,发现了有机酸和黄酮在再生过程中的变化规律。经过D301G树脂第2次使用过程中山楂汁中有机酸和黄酮变化,得到使用不完全再生的树脂进行山楂汁降酸,可以达到降酸而保留黄酮的目的。

Abstract:The variation of total acid,flavonoids in hawthorn fruit juice and pH are analyzed after the first adsorption of organic acids and flavonoids in hawthorn fruit juice by weakly basic anion exchange resins D301G.The variation rule of organic acids and flavonoids during the regeneration process are investigated through comparison of complete and incomplete regeneration. After the second adsorption of organic acids and flavonoids in hawthorn fruit juice by D301G resin,the result of deacidificating acids but remaining flavonoids using incomplete regeneration resin is obtained.
