枸杞除蜡浸提汁效果探讨

摘    要:枸杞饮料、枸杞酒随市场需求逐年增多,然而在生产过程中,枸杞外围的一层蜡质,往往使枸杞有效成分不能快速、全部地提取出来,给生产工艺带来不便,生产不够尽美。通过枸杞除蜡浸提工艺研究,简化工艺,提高了生产效益和产品质量。利用Na2CO3稀溶液,通过正交试验法得出最佳浸提工艺条件:在65℃下,把除蜡剂浓度调整为4.5%,除蜡1 min能取得较好的浸提效果。

Abstract:Chinese wolfberry medlar wine drink,with the market demand is increasing year by year.However,in the production process,Chinese wolfberry the periphery of a layer of wax,often make medlar effective ingredients can not quickly,all extracted from the production process,to bring inconvenience,production is not perfect.In the experimental study on Extraction Technology of Lycium barbarum in addition to wax,simplify process,improve the production efficiency and product quality.This experiment using Na2CO3 dilute solution,through the orthogonal experiment method gets the optimum extraction conditions: in 65 ℃,the wax removing agent concentration is adjusted to 4.5%,in addition to wax 1 min can get better extraction effect.
