摘    要:建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定乳制品饮料中的山梨酸、苯甲酸、糖精钠、甲基香兰素和乙基香兰素的方法,通过加入适量的沉淀剂除去样品中的蛋白质,采用C18色谱柱分离,以甲醇+乙酸铵溶液(0.02 mol/L)(20+80)为流动相,用紫外检测器在230 nm波长处检测5种添加剂。5种添加剂的回收率为79.4%~101.3%,相对标准偏差为0.2%~4.2%,糖精钠、苯甲酸、山梨酸、甲基香兰素的检出限为0.04μg/g,乙基香兰素的检出限为0.08μg/g,该方法适用于乳制品饮料中这5种添加剂的同时测定。

Abstract:A method for simultaneous determination of sorbic acid,benzoic acid,saccharin,methyl vanillin,ethyl vanillin in milk and dairy products using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) is developed.The proteins in milk and dairy products are eliminated by precipitant.The five kinds of additives are separated on C 18 column with the mobile phase of methanol+ammonium acetate solution(0.02 mol/L)(20+80).With UV detector,sorbic acid,benzoic acid,saccharin, methyl vanillin,and ethyl vanillin are detected at 230 nm.Recoveries of the five additives are 79.4%~101.3%,RSD are 0.2%~4.2%.The detection limits of sorbic acid,benzoic acid,saccharin,methyl vanillin are 0.04 μg/g,and detection limit of ethyl vanillin is 0.08 μg/g.This method can be used for the routine analysis of these additives in milk and dairy products.
