| 摘 要： | 顶岗实习是实现高职实践教学与职业工作零距离对接的高职教学基本规范,是高等职业院校培养生产一线高技能应用型人才的关键教学环节。通过顶岗实习,让学生在"做中学、学中做",从而更好地训练学生的专业技能、职业素质,培养的学生专业技能强、综合素质好,就业质量高,实现与企业的"零距离对接"。

| Abstract: | Teaching Practice Teaching practice is to achieve vocational and professional work up close butt of the basic norms of vocational education,higher vocational schools in training high-skilled production line application of the key aspects of teaching talent.Through internships,students in "learning by doing,learning to do" in order to better train students in professional skills and professional quality,to develop strong professional skills of students,overall quality,the employment of high quality,and enterprises to achieve "zero from the butt". |
