仙人草总黄酮的微波提取工艺研究

摘    要:对仙人草总黄酮的微波提取工艺进行了探讨。通过单因素试验考察了乙醇体积分数、微波功率、提取时间和料液比4个因素对总黄酮提取的影响,并通过正交试验优化了提取工艺条件。结果表明,最佳提取条件为乙醇体积分数80%,微波功率495 W,提取时间90 s,料液比1∶25。其中乙醇浓度对总黄酮提取影响最大,此工艺条件下提取仙人草总黄酮质量分数为16.00 mg/g。

Abstract:In this paper,the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Mesona chinensis by microwave is explored.The optimal conditions of total flavonoids are obtaind through the singl factor and orthogonal tests.The results show that the ethanol concentration has significant effect on the extraction of total flavonoids.The content of total flavonoids in Mesona chinensis is 16.00 mg/g under the optimal extractions: ethanol concentration 80%,microwave power 495 W,the ratio of materials to solvent 1∶25 and extracting time 90 s.
