玉米抗冷性研究进展

摘    要:综述了低温冷害对玉米发芽及幼苗期生长、生理生化的影响,揭示了玉米抗冷性遗传机制及与抗冷性有关的基因,玉米抗冷性的遗传分析以及有关基因的克隆和遗传转化的研究结果表明玉米的抗寒性是由多基因控制的数量性状,利用品种改良和生物技术能有效地提高玉米的抗寒性。

Abstract:The article introduced that the effect of low temperature on germination,seedling growth,physiology of maize,to understand better the mechanism of inheritance and gene on chilling resistance.The results of genetic analysis,gene cloning and genetic transformation suggested that maize chilling tolerane was a quantitative trait controlled by poly genes,which could be modified effectively by maize breeding and biotechnology.
