灰色育种理论在安麦1号和安麦7号选育中的应用

摘    要:为克服传统经验育种的局限性,笔者等将作物灰色育种理论与方法应用于小麦新品种选育过程中,其技术路线为:采用亲本灰色分类原理选配亲本,配制杂交组合;采用杂交组合灰色评判原理评估F1重点组合;采用单株灰色选择原理选择单株;采用同异分析原理综合评价品种优劣;采用灰色相似性栽培原理实现良种与良法配套;采用中心灰靶布局原理确定新品种最适生态类型区.在这种理论与方法的指导下成功培育出小麦新品种安麦1号、安麦7号.育种实践证明,这种理论与方法用于指导新品种选育是切实可行的.

Abstract:In order to overcome the limitation of traditional breeding,the theory and method of crop grey breeding were applied into wheat breeding.Its technical route is that the cross combinations are made up based on the results of parent grey clustering;the combinations of F1 are evaluated by using the principle of grey judgment of cross combination;the single-plants are selected by using the principle of single-plant grey selection;the varieties are appraised by using the principle of similarity-difference analysis;combining the fine variety with fine cultivation method are realized by using the principle of grey resemblance cultivation;and the most suitable ecological regions for new variety are established by using the principle of center grey target.As a result,two new wheat varieties Anmai 1 and Anmai 7 were cultured by using this theory and method.The breeding practices indicate that it is feasible to guide the breeding of new varieties through use of this theory and method.
