茄子抗冷砧木的筛选和嫁接苗抗冷性研究

摘    要:对茄子5个野生材料和6个栽培品种进行了抗冷性鉴定,筛选出3个抗冷材料。用抗冷材料作砧木嫁接茄子栽培品种,对嫁接苗抗冷性进行了研究。结果表明,嫁接苗抗冷性显著增强,保护性酶(SOD、POD和CAT)活性显著提高。

Abstract:The chilling tolerance of five wild eggplant and six cultivars were tested, three wild eggplants with much higher chilling tolerance were selected and used as rootstocks of eggplant. The results indicated that the grafted seedlings had much higher chilling tolerance than the non-grafted one. Protective enzymes activities such as SOD,POD and CAT in grafted seedlings increased rapidly than those in non-grafted one under low temperature stress.
