| 摘 要： | 介绍了大学生村官身份上、福利上、精神上、发展上缺乏保障的现状，针对大学生村官保障体系缺失问题，提出通过身份合法化、提高福利水平、满足精神需求、畅通出路选择等方式建立健全大学生村官多元化保障体系。

| Abstract: | The current situation of college student village officials were lacking of security on identity,welfare,emotion,development was introduced.For lacking of security system for the college students village officials,this thesis proposed to perfect the diversify security system for college students village official through legalizing identity,improving benefit level,satisfying mental demands and clearing career choice,etc. |
