| 摘 要： | 通过对近年来中国环境管理干部学院园林工程技术专业毕业生就业状况进行调查，针对毕业生的就业岗位群、就业单位性质、就业地域、专业对口等情况进行了系统地统计与分析，并对毕业生的就业质量和就业满意度进行了调查，最后提出了提高毕业生就业率和就业质量的对策和建议，旨在为高职工作者更好地指导学生就业提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Through investigating the employment status of landscape engineering graduates from the Environmental Management College of China,a systematic statistical analysis was carried out on the nature,area and professional counterparts of the employment.And the graduates′ employment quality and job satisfaction were investigated.Finally,a series of countermeasures and suggestions for improving the employment rate of graduates and the quality of employment were put forward to provide reference for higher vocational educators. |
