摘    要:采用培养皿培养的方法,研究了花生根系分泌物中3种酚酸类物质,即:苯甲酸、对羟基苯甲酸和邻苯二甲酸,对花生种子发芽、花生炭疽病菌与固氮菌的影响和互作效应。研究结果表明,3种成分在较高添加浓度时对花生种子的发芽均产生了抑制作用,对炭疽病菌的生长主要表现为抑制作用,对固氮菌的生长表现为低浓度促进、高浓度抑制。3种酚酸类物质之间存在互作效应,当两两互作时对花生种子发芽的化感效应有增强的趋势,对炭疽病菌生长的化感效应有减弱的趋势,而对固氮菌生长的化感效应表现出低浓度时增强、高浓度时减弱的趋势。

Abstract:The influences and interactive effects of three kinds of phenolic acids(benzoic acid,p-hydroxy benzoic acid and phthalic acid) on peanut seed germination,peanut anthracnose pathogen and nitrogen-fixing bacteria were researched by using the method of culture in Petri dishes.The results showed that the studied three kinds of acids at relatively high adding concentration had inhibitive effect on peanut seed germination.They mainly exhibited inhibitive effect on the growth of peanut anthracnose pathogen.They promoted the growth of nitrogen-fixing bacteria at low adding concentration and inhibited the growth at high adding concentration.The interactive effects were found among the studied three kinds of phenolic acids,when they acted each other,their allelopathic effect on peanut seed germination revealed an enhanced trend,while that on the growth of peanut anthracnose pathogen appeared a weakened trend,but that on the growth of nitrogen-fixing bacteria exhibited an enhanced trend at low concentration and a weakened trend at high concentration.
