| 摘 要： | 在可持续发展思想指导下,围绕着促进区域协调发展的目标,以长三角各市土地利用结构、土地利用效益为主导因子,充分考虑各市自然条件和社会经济发展因素,结合区域发展战略,确定了区域土地利用分区原则、分区依据、分区指标体系。应用SPSS软件的因子分析、聚类分析方法,对长三角土地利用分区进行了初步探讨,把该区域划分为6个土地利用区。通过分析各区的土地利用特点及问题,提出了各区土地利用对策。

| Abstract: | The division principle,regionalization basis,regional index system on land use of each city in Yangtze River Delta were ascertained based on the sustainable ideas,the strategy of concerted development of society and economy,and land use structure and land use efficiency as leading factors.The Yangtze River Delta was classified into 6 regions using factor analysis method and clustering analysis method of SPSS.According to the regional land use characteristics and problems,the land use countermeasures were put forward in each region. |
