摘    要:用PCR-SSCP与测序相结合,检测了FecXI(V31D突变)、FecXL(C53Y突变)在高繁殖力绵羊品种湖羊、小尾寒羊和低繁殖力绵羊品种陶赛特、特克塞尔中的多态性。结果表明,在所检测的群体中未发现存在于Inverdale羊中的V31D突变和存在于Lacaune羊中的C53Y突变。初步说明FecXI、FecXL位点与湖羊、小尾寒羊多羔性状无关,但仍需扩大群体进一步确认。

Abstract:Polymorphism of FecXI(V31D mutation) and FecXL(C53Y mutation) allele was detected in both high fecundity sheep breeds(Hu sheep and Small Tail Han sheep) and low fecundity sheep breeds(Dorset sheep and Texel sheep) by PCR-SSCP and sequencing.The results showed that both V31D mutation in Inverdale ewes and C53Y mutation in Lacaune ewes of BMP15 gene did not exist in Hu sheep,Small Tail Han sheep,Dorset sheep and Texel sheep.This suggested that there was no correlation between FecXI or FecXL allele and high fe...
