松乳菇深层培养胞外聚合物产生的营养条件的研究

摘    要:研究了松乳菇深层培养所需的碳、氮源及其交互作用。在供试的多种碳、氮源中,最适合菌丝体生长和胞外生物聚合物产生的碳源是蔗糖和葡萄糖;最适合菌丝体生长的氮源是牛肉膏和蛋白胨,最适合胞外生物聚合物产生的氮源是黄豆粉,松乳菇不能利用尿素和亚硝酸盐。碳、氮源交互试验结果表明:松乳菇菌丝体生长和胞外生物聚合物产生的优良培养基为培养基1:蔗糖1.5%、可溶性淀粉1.5%、牛肉膏0.25%、黄豆粉1%、硝酸钠0.1%;菌丝体和胞外生物聚合物的0生物量分别为0.923;g/100mL和80.1mg/100mL;培养基2:蔗糖1.5%、可溶性淀粉2%、牛肉膏0.1%、黄豆粉0.75%、硝酸钠0.3%;菌丝体和胞外生物聚合物的生物量分别为0.927g/100mL和83.2mg/100mL。

Abstract:This paper presents a research on carbon and nitrogen resources by submerged culture of Lactarius deliciosus.The result show that the sucrose and the glucose are the optimal carbon resources for mycelial growth and exo-biopolymer production;the optimal nitrogen resources for mycelial growth are the beef extract and pepton,the optimal nutrogen resources for exo-biopolymer production are soy powder and beef extract,urea and nitrite can not be utilized.The orthogonal test results show that the optimal medium for mycelial growth and exo-biopolymer production are media 1: sucrose 1.5%,soluble starch 1.5%,beef extract 0.25%,soy powder 1%,NaNO_3 0.1%,the mycelial and exo-biopolymer output in this media are 0.932g/100mL and 80.1mg/100mL seperatively;and media 2: sucrose 1.5%,soluble starch 2%,beef extract 0.1%,soy powder 0.75%,NaNO_3 0.3%,the mycelial and exo-biopolymer output in this media are 0.927g/100mL and 83.2mg/100mL seperatively.
