| 摘 要： | 将45头甘肃马鹿均分为3组,应用氯前列烯醇(PG)和孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)进行同期化处理,处理A组其处理程序为PG+PG+PMSG,处理B组其处理程序为PG+PMSG。结果表明:A、B组5d内的同期发情率(分别为93·3%和86·7%)均高于对照组(P<0·05),但2个处理组间差异不显著(P>0·05);产仔率分别为73·3%和60·0%,比对照组分别提高20%和6·7%,其中A组的双仔率为6·7%;产仔日期比对照组分别缩短了12d和8d。处理组仔鹿的平均初生重也比对照组提高1·53kg,而且A、B2组仔鹿的断奶成活率也比对照组分别提高了2·5和12·5个百分点。总体而言,A组效果较好。

| Abstract: | The estrus of Gansu red deer (Cervus elaphus kansuensis) was synchroniged with Cloprostenol and PMSG. 45 deers were divided into 3 groups: A-group was treated with PG+PG+PMSG; B-group was treated with PG+PMSG. The results showed that the rate of estrus synchronization was similar (P>0.05) between A and B group (93.3% and 86.7% respectively) in five days, but different between A、B group and the control (P<0.05); The conception rates were 73.3%and 60.0% in group A and B respectively, 20% and 6.7% higher than the control group, and the rate of twins was 6.7% in group A; At the same time, the farrowing intervals in groups A and B were 12 and 8 days shorter than that of the control group, the average born weight of fawns were 1.53kg higher than that of the control, and the survival rate of fawns increased by 2.5% and 12.5% compired to the control. |
