| 摘 要： | 首先介绍了地理信息系统即GIS的性质和功能，并针对传统交通网络处理技术的不足；通过引入地理信息系统，提出并研究了GIS条件下的交通网络处理技术，数据结构及采集方法等，讨论了GIS系统在公路交通建设中的一些实际问题，以促进公路交通的发展。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly introduces the property and function of GIS, then puts forward the traffic network treatment technique, data structure and collection method under GIS plat in allusion to the disadvantage of traditional technique. It also discuses some actual problems in road traffic construction using GIS system to promote the development of road traffic. |
