| 摘 要： | 目的观察滋阴明目丸治疗老年性白内障的临床疗效。方法将136例老年性白内障患者随机分为2组。治疗组68例用滋阴明目丸治疗,对照组68例用杞菊地黄丸治疗。2组均1个月为1个疗程,3个疗程后评估治疗前后视力、晶状体混浊程度及肝肾不足症状。结果治疗组总有效率86.8%,对照组总有效率66.2%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组治疗后肝肾不足症状积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论滋阴明目丸治疗老年性白内障具有较好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ziyinmingmu pill on senile cataract. Methods 136 patient with senile cataract were randomly divided into two groups. 68 patients in the treatment group were administrated Ziyinmingmu pill and 68 patients in the control group were given Qijudihuang pill. The eyesight, lens opacity, and the symptom of hepatorenal deficiency were evaluated before and after treatment in both groups.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 86.8% and 66.2% respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion Ziyinmingmu pill has a good clinical effect on senile cataract. |
