| 摘 要： | 目的]全面评价重金属的生物有效性。方法]采集云浮硫铁矿区及其附近地区的土壤和植物样品，分别采用Tessier五步连续萃取法和干灰化法测定样品中各形态重金属的含量，研究植物体内Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb、Ni、Cr的生物有效性。结果]矿区周边地区已受到不同程度的重金属污染，其中Cd、Zn、Pb污染最为严重；各种植物对重金属均有不同程度的吸收和积累，不同植物对不同重金属的积累量存在差异，重金属严重污染区植物的重金属积累量较高。结论]云浮硫铁矿区及周边地区Cd、Zn、Pb污染较严重。
