摘    要:鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒(IBDV)在Vero细胞上增殖条件的优化研究结果表明,IBDV在Vero细胞上敏感性有所提高;降低轿清含量,中性pH环境,适当高的细胞密度有利于IBDV的增殖。

Abstract:The optimum conditions of propogating infectious bursal disease virus(IBDV) in Vero cells have been studied.It was found that inoculated IBDV was more sensitive to Vero cells.This result was critical to the efficient virus production on large scale by using Vero cells.IBDV multiplication was influenced by the serum concentration and pH in the medium after virus innoculation.The optimum serum concentration and pH were 2% and 7.0 for IBDV multiplication respectively.The suitably high cell density was useful for IBDV propagation.
