| 摘 要： | 对国内外玉米肽研究概况进行了介绍。从玉米肽概念出发,综述了玉米肽的分离纯化、醒酒机理。加强更高质量和更高生物活性玉米肽的开发与应用,将带动蛋白类醒酒产品的发展,具有很大的应用价值和经济效益。

| Abstract: | Research of corn peptide at home and abroad was introduced in this paper,including conception,separation and purification,mechanism of sober up of corn peptide.It put forward that strengthening the exploitation and application of the higher quality and biological activity corn peptide,which would drive the development of sober up proteins products and that had greater application value and economic benefits. |
