7种阳生型多年生草本植物对水分胁迫的响应

摘    要:目的]为建设低碳型的生态园林提供参考依据。方法]选用筛选出的7种优良阳生型多年生草本植物羽裂石竹、佛甲草、反曲景天、狭叶庭菖蒲、白花景天、苍白景天和拟景天,人为设置4个水分梯度进行水分胁迫,从蒸腾耗水和光合特性2个方面研究其耐旱特性。结果]7种植物在水分充足条件下的耗水日变化呈"单峰型",随着水分胁迫的加剧,峰值不断下降,高峰期也出现相应的提前或推迟;7种植物白天蒸腾耗水量各不相同,但与高峰期耗水量的排序一致;除狭叶庭菖蒲外,各种植物各梯度水分胁迫中Fv/Fm无显著下降或仅出现了小于3.0%的下降,说明严重干旱胁迫对各种植物的光损伤十分有限,它们都是比较耐旱的种类。结论]只要满足高峰时段的耗水量,基本可以维持7种阳生型多年生草本植物的生长需求和观赏特性。

Response of Seven Perennial Sun Herbaceous Plants to Water Stress

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to provide the reference basis for building the ecological garden with the low carbon type.Method] 7 perennial sun herbaceous plants including Dianthur plumarius,Sedum pallidum,Sedum aldum,Sedum spurium,Sisyrinchium angustifolium,Sedum reflexum and Sedum lineare were screened to be used as the tested materials,4 water gradients were set up to make for the water stress,and the drought resistance characteristics of 7 plants were studied on the water transpiration and photosynthesis characteristic.Result] The diurnal variation of water consumption for 7 plants was single-peak type under the enough moisture condition,while the peak would reduce and the peak period could appear earlier or later with the aggravation of the water stress.The total diurnal water consumption of those plants was different,but it was the same with the order of water consumption in the high-peak period.Except S.angustifolium,the Fv/Fm value in the water stresses with different grades for the various plants has not obvious reduction or only had the reduction of less than 3.0%,showing that the serious water stress could cause a little damage to the photosynthesis of the various plants which were all drought-enduring plants.Conclusion] As long as meeting the water consumption during the peak periods,the growth demand and ornamental characteristics of 7 perennial sun herbaceous plants could be maintained basically.
