| 摘 要： | 探讨了"农家乐"的起源与发展现状,指出"农家乐"植物景观营造应秉持特色性、主题性、多样性、生态性、艺术性的原则。以上海"农家乐"为例,分析了其目前的发展现状,调查了上海"农家乐"中常见的植物种类和配置方式,介绍其中常见的园林植物和农业经济作物,并从树木、花卉、农作物角度分析了植物景观造景方式,进而具体针对入口景观区、餐饮区、观光采摘区、垂钓区分析了植物景观营造的特点。指出上海"农家乐"植物景观的营造特点和存在问题,并就"农家乐"植物景观的发展提出相关建议。

| Abstract: | Origination and development of "farm-stay" industry was introduced,and plant landscaping principles in "farm-stay" scenic areas defined as "characteristic,theme-orientated,ecological and artistic".Current development of "farm-stay" industry in Shanghai was analyzed,widely-applied plant species and plant furnishing patterns were investigated,especially common garden plants and agricultural cash crops.Plant furnishings were introduced from the perspective of trees,flowers and crops,and then characteristics of plant landscapes at entrances,dining areas,sightseeing and picking areas,and fishing areas were respectively analyzed.Features and problems of plant landscapes in Shanghai "farm-stay" scenic areas were introduced,and corresponding suggestions proposed for promoting its further development. |
