| 摘 要： | 论述了分工专业化对于提高农户经济效率的必要性,分析了农户分工专业化面临的两难冲突:分工专业化在扩大农产品市场份额的同时,也增加了就业风险、市场风险和交易费用。从而指出解决这种两难冲突的途径:合作组织化。

| Abstract: | The necessity of specialized division in improving farmers' economic efficiency was discussed,and the two conflicts in the specialization of division were analyzed,specialized division,when expanded the market share of agricultural products,also increased the employment risks,market risks and transaction costs.The solution to the conflicts was organized cooperation. |
