摘    要:目的]研究设计新型方格蔟采茧机。方法]根据采茧过程主要技术要求、采茧机构工作原理和主要技术参数指标,进行设计与样机制造。结果]样机主要由机架电机、顶杆安装板、顶杆、支撑架、钢丝梳、定位块、弹簧开合门、出茧口、丝杆(d=20 mm)和滑轨组成,整机主要技术参数为外形尺寸(650 mm×620 mm×1 130 mm);电机功率为0.25 kW;丝杆转速30 r/min;采茧效率为50 kg/h;蔟具损坏率1%。结论]该机设计的主要亮点在于顶杆头部形状及自动开合门的设计,其整机具有结构简单、使用方便、不损伤蚕茧和蔟具优点,工效达到50 kg/h,是手工作业的10倍以上。因此,具有推广应用价值。

Research of the Silkworm Cocoon Picking Machine from the Partitioned Cocooning Frame
Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the design of new type of silkworm cocoon picking machine.Methods] Based on the main technical requirements,working principle of silkworm cocoon picking institution and main technical parameters of silkworm cocoon picking process,the design and prototype manufacturing were carried out.Result] The prototype was composed by frame,motor,installation board,plunger,supporting frame,steel wire comb,locating plate,double acting door,way out of cocoon,screw(d=20 mm) and slippery course,main technical parameters of whole machine were overall dimensions(650 mm×620 mm ×1 130 mm),the motor power was 0.25 km,rotating speed of screw was 30 r/min,cocoon picking efficiency was 50 kg/h,damage rate of cocoon picking tools was <1%.Conclusion] The main bright spots of the design are head shape of plunger and automatical opening and closing door,this machine is simple,easy to be used,and does not damage the silkworm cocoon and the partitioned cocooning frame with high working efficiency,and even reached 50 kg/h,are more than 10 times of manual work.Thus,it has promotional value.
