摘    要:运用地学统计学的方法,建立了烟草普通花叶病(TMV)在东西、南北2个方向上的半变异函数模型,研究了TMV在空间大尺度上的分布格局。结果表明,在东西和南北2个方向上该病害的分布模型均为线性有基台模型,在调查范围内其空间格局为聚集型;在东西、南北2个方向上的空间依赖范围分别为29.953 4和47.813 8 km,其空间变异度分别为95.71%和80.05%,说明其具有较强的空间相关性。通过Kriging插值法得出的等值线图,可清晰地看出其空间聚集模式。

Analysis of Spatial Distribution Pattern of Tobacco Mosaic Virus(TMV) based on Geostatistics

Abstract:Using geostatistical method,the semivariogram models of tobacco mosaic virus(TMV) in east-west and north-south directions were established,and the distribution pattern of TMV in large scale space was studied.The results showed that the distribution pattern of the disease in east-west and north-south directions belonged to line model with abutment,and the spatial distribution pattern within the investigated areas was aggregated model.The spatial correlation distances in east-west and north-south directions were 29.953 4 and 47.813 8 km,and the spatial variabilities were 95.71% and 80.05%,respectively.This indicated that they had strong spatial correlation.Isoline map accessed by Kringing interpolation method could clearly reflect the spatial aggregated model.
