摘    要:从食品安全法律标准的制定及执行的层面上分析了造成国内食品安全事件频发的原因是国内食品监管的多部门、分阶段的监管模式。而出口食品安全监管的单部门模式更有效。

Abstract:From the enforcement and implementation level of food safety legal standards,the paper analyzed that the frequent incidents of domestic food safety was caused by the multi-department and staged food supervision model,the single-department model of export food safety supervision department was more effective.
