摘    要:目的]研究磷营养对马铃薯抗旱性的影响。方法]通过盆栽试验,研究干旱胁迫下磷素对不同抗旱性马铃薯生长和生理指标变化的影响,探讨干旱条件下马铃薯的最佳施磷量。结果]增施磷肥可以促进根系生长,优化营养分配,提高根系活力,降低丙二醛含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶活性来提高马铃薯的抗旱性,但施磷量过高会降低马铃薯的抗旱性;抗旱性强的品种干旱胁迫下对磷的需求量较高,对施磷量的反映较大;干旱胁迫下冀张薯8号最佳施磷量为135 kg/hm2,夏波蒂最佳施磷量为45~90 kg/hm2。结论]施用磷肥可以提高马铃薯的抗旱性。

Effects of Different Phosphorus Amounts on Drought-resistance of Potato in Seedling Stage

Abstract:Objective] The purpose was to research the effects of phosphorus nutrition on drought-resistance of potato.Method]The effects of phosphorus on physiological and biochemical indicators in different drought-resistance potato under drought stress were researched,and the best phosphorus fertilizing amount under drought conditions by pot experiment was explored.Result]Phosphate fertilization could promote root growth,optimize the allocation of nutrition,improve the root activity and SOD activity,decrease MDA content,and improve the drought resistance of potatoes.The excessive amount of phosphorus reduced the drought resistance.Strong drought resistance varieties under drought stress had higher demand for phosphorus and larger responses to the phosphorus volume.The effect of phosphorus on strong drought resistance potato varieties was greater than the effect of phosphorus on weak drought resistance varieties under drought stress.The optimum amount of phosphorus to Ji Zhang No.8 was 135 kg/hm2,and the optimum amount of phosphorus to Shepody was 45-90 kg/hm2 under drought stress.Conclusion] The phosphate fertilization could improve the drought resistance of potatoes.
