四川省眉山市城市绿地植物多样性研究

摘    要:目的]调查分析四川省眉山市城市绿地植物系统,揭示出人工种植的植物群落客观存在的物种结构多样性。方法]采用典型样地调查方法,以公园绿地、附属绿地、防护绿地中有代表性的绿地为研究对象,共选取6个样地,每个样地设置9个样方,对每个样方进行植物群落学调查,分层记录相关数据。根据调查记录的原始数据,分别计算不同绿地乔木层、灌木层、草本层的多样性指标,包括物种丰富度、Simpson指数、Shannon-Wiener指数和Pielou均匀度指数。结果]54个样方中共有36科53属66种植物,其中四川境内本地种约占总数的1/3,国内外引进种较多。3类园林绿地中的物种丰富度、Shannon-Weiner指数和Simpson指数均表现为乔木层灌木层草本层;Pielou均匀度指数表现为灌木层乔木层草本层。结论]乡土植物种类和数量偏少,植物多样性水平偏低,群落结构比较简单。

Research on the Diversity of Green Plant in Meishan City of Sichuan Province

Abstract:Objective] The urban ecological construction planning and biodiversity conservation were conducted in order to improve people’s living environment and the development of national ecological garden city.Method] By means of typical kind of investigation method,through the,the green space in park,ancillary green space and protected green space in Meishan City of Sichuan Province were studied and then the composition of species,the origin of plant,the richness of species,the Simpson index,the Shannon-Wiener index and the Pielou evenness index of the tree layer,shrub layer and herb layer in these three types of green space were analyzed.Results] In 54 samples,there were 66 species,in 53 genus belonging to 36 families,among which,the native species from Sichuan Province reached to 1/3 and most of species were introduced at home and abroad.The order of the richness of species,the Simpson index,the Shannon-Wiener index in three types of green spaces was tree layer > shrub layer > herb layer and the Pielou evenness index,shrub layer > tree layer > herb layer.Conclusion] The number and type of native plant species were less than normal,levels of plant diversity was low and community structure was relatively simple.
