摘    要:目的]研究鱼腥草水溶性多糖体外抗氧化活性。方法]采用水提醇沉法提取鱼腥草多糖;以VC作为阳性对照,通过测定鱼腥的抗氧化体系中均具有良好的抗氧化活性,且与多糖用量成正相关。草多糖的还原能力,清除羟自由基(.OH)、超氧阴离子自由基(O2-.)及亚硝酸盐(NO2-)的能力,评价鱼腥草多糖体外抗氧化活性,并测定鱼腥草多糖的含量。结果]鱼腥草多糖的平均含量为2.41%;在试验浓度范围内鱼腥草多糖的还原能力与VC相当,对.OH的清除能力不及VC;对O2-.的清除能力随浓度的增加而与VC的清除能力相接近;对NO2-的清除能力比VC强。结论]鱼腥草多糖在不同

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study the antioxidant activity of polysaccharide from H.cordata in vitro.Methods] The crude polysaccharide from H.cordata was extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation.Using VC as a positive control,the antioxidation activity of the polysaccharide was studied by various antioxidant assays,including reducing power,hydroxyl free radical(·OH),superoxide anion free radical(O-2·) and nitrite(NO-2) scavenging.The polysaccharide content was also determined.Results] The average content of polysaccharide was 2.41%.Within the concentration range,the reducing power of the polysaccharide was equal to VC,the ·OH scavenging capability was lower than VC,the O-2· scavenging capability was lower than VC but closed to VC with the increasing of concentration,the NO-2 scavenging capability was stronger than VC.Conclusion] The polysaccharide from H.cordata has noticeable antioxidant activity in vitro and shows an antioxidant effect positively dependent on dose.
