燕麦叶肉原生质体培养—再生细胞持续分裂形成小愈伤组织

摘    要:在修改的Imbrie-Milligan和Hodges培养基上,采用低熔点琼脂糖包理培养方法,以小麦HINF悬浮细胞系作为看护细胞,成功地诱导燕麦叶肉细胞原生质体进行脱分化,再生细胞壁和细胞的持续分裂。最后形成肉眼可见的小愈伤组织。

Abstract:Numerous mesophyll protoplasts of oat(Avena L. ) were released and cultured on modified medium of imbrie-Milligam and Hodses by low-melting agarose-embedding method and nursed by a wheat cell'suspension (HINF). chloroplasts redistribution, cell wall formation and sustained cell division were noticed. microcalli visiable to the nabes eyes were obtained but they failed to develop any further.
