摘    要:以苹果腐烂病菌、棉花立枯病菌为试验对象,采用生长速率法对55种中草药的乙醇、丙酮提取物进行了室内抑菌活性测定。结果表明,多数供试中草药提取物对植物病原菌都表现出了不同程度的抑菌活性,其中苦参、桑白皮的乙醇、丙酮提取物表现出了强烈的抑菌活性,对供试的2种真菌抑制率都在85%以上,值得深入研究。

Abstract:Antifungal activities of ethanol and acetone extracts from 55 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines were tested against Valsa ceratosperma (Tode et Fr.) Maire and Rhizoctonia solani Kühn using the method of plate growth rate. The results showed that the extracts of the plants tested had various degrees of antifungal activity. Particularly, extracts from Sophora flavescens Ait. and Morus alba L. showed a stronger inhibitory activity to the two pathogenic fungi, with inhibition rates over 85%, respectively, suggesting that further research should be conducted.
