饲料添加剂鱼腥草挥发油萃取的工艺研究

摘    要:实验采用鱼腥草全草烘干粉碎后,进行超临界CO2萃取,并利用正交实验设计,以萃取的压力、温度、CO2流量为因素变量,筛选出鱼腥草挥发油萃取率较高的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:鱼腥草挥发油的最佳萃取条件为:压力30 MPa、温度45℃、CO2流量20 kg/h。

Abstract:The whole and fresh Houttuynia cordata was collected,then dried in low temperature,after that extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction.Orthogonal test design was used and the effect of the pressure,temperature,CO2 flowing rate to the extraction rate of the Volatile Oils from Houttuynia cordata with supercritical CO2 extraction were reached.The results showed that the optimal extracting conditions were the pressure 30 MPa,the temperature 45 ℃,the CO2 flowing rate 20 kg/h.
