| Abstract: | Through analyses on forestry development's important position and role in the construction of Xiaokang society, and problems and questions existed in Shanxi forestry development, the paper puts forward that controlling drought to develop forest is the first step about green Shanxi construction, the key of controlling drought depends on science and technology, but the prerequisite of the latter is the popularization and application of research fruits, and the training of farmer. |
