| 摘 要： | 我国热带林主要分布在海南、云南西南以及福建、广东和广西沿海地区，面积约１１４０．７６万ｈｍ＾２。尽管热带林面积仅占全国森林面积的８．５３％，但其在生态环境保护方面却发挥着重要作用，国家先后采取禁止天然林采伐、建立热带林自然保护区、加强热带人工林和沿海防护林基地建设、加大资金和科技投入等一系列政策和措施加以保护，使其能够持续发展。到２０１０年，我国热带林将得到恢复和发展，面积将达１４９２．８万ｈｍ＾２，其中商品林、公益林及兼用林面积将分别为８１１．５万ｈｍ＾２、６１０．８万ｈｍ＾２和７０．５万ｈｍ＾２，沿海防护林体系及林业生态和产业两大体系基本建成。

| Abstract: | China's tropical forest resources distribute mostly in Hainan,Southwestern Yunan and the coastal areas of Fujian,Guangdong and Guangxi provinces,with an area of 11.4076 million ha in total.Although the tropical forest accounts only for 8.53% of the total forest area of the whole nation,it plays an important role in maintaining the environment.So the Government of China has made policies and taken measures such as banning the natural forest harvesting,establishing nature reserves,enforcing the establishment of forest plantations and coastal shelterbelt and extending the investment of funds and techniques to develop the tropical forests sustainably.By the year 2010,the tropical forest in China will be recovered and the acreage will reach 14.928 million ha.Of which,the commercial forest,the public welfare forest and the tmultipurpose forest will hit 8.11 million ha,6.108 million ha and 0.705 million ha respectively.The coastal shelterbelt system and the forestry ecological and industrial system will be established. |
