| 摘 要： | 2000年春从河南省不同地区的鸡群中分离到2株新城疫病毒，该二毒株经鸡胚传代培养，血凝(HA)和血凝抑制试验(HI)，鸡胚平均死亡时间(MDT)试验，1日龄雏鸡脑内接种致病指数(ICPI)测定，6周龄非免疫鸡静脉接种指数(IVPI)测定及空斑试验等生物学特性试验，结果表明该二毒株为新城疫强毒株。

| Abstract: | Newcastle disease virus (NDV) strains were isolated from different chicken flocks in Henan Province in 2000. The biological experiment data revealed the virus strains were NDV by hemagglutination assay test and hemagglutination inhibition test. The mean death time (MDT) of chick embryos were 51.8h and 53.2h, respectively; intracerabral pathogenicity index (ICPI) in 1-day-old chicks were 1.65 and 1.63, respectively; intravenous pathogenicity index (IVPI) in 6-week-old chickens were 2.28 and 2.11, respectively. The results showed the strains of NDV were virulent. |
