| 摘 要： | 根据国内外近期研究成果 ,介绍了胃肠道微生态与人体健康的关系 ;阐述了人体肠道中双歧杆菌的功能及其微生态调节机制 ;探讨了影响肠道菌群演替及双歧杆菌定植数量的因素 ;提出了保持肠道双歧杆菌正常数量与微生态平衡的建议

| Abstract: | This paper, based on the recent research results from the world, described the roles of gastrointestinal microecosystem in human health.The functions and mechanisms of Bifidobacteria in modulating the intestinal tract of human and resultant promoting people's health were elaborated The factors affecting the colonization of Bifidobacteria and the succession of human intestinal microflora were also discussed. Finally, this paper deals with the possibilities maintaining the dominance of Bifidobacteria and creating a microecological balance of human intestinal tract. |
