苜蓿及根际土壤水浸提液对达乌里胡枝子种子的化感作用

摘    要:采用水浸提法制备了苜蓿根、茎叶及根际土壤的浸提液,在室内测定了浸提液对达乌里胡枝子种子萌发的影响,研究了苜蓿对达乌里胡枝子种子发芽的化感作用。结果表明:2.5%浓度的苜蓿茎叶水浸提液对达乌里胡枝子种子萌发有促进作用,5%浓度及以上有明显的抑制作用,且随着浓度的增加抑制作用增强,浓度达到10%时达乌里胡枝子基本不能萌发。不同浓度的根浸提液和根际土壤浸提液对达乌里胡枝子种子萌发的影响与对照相比差异不显著(P0.05)。3种浸提液表现出不同程度的化感作用,其强弱顺序为:茎叶浸提液根浸提液根际土壤浸提液。

Abstract:The alfalfa allelopathy effect on the seed germination of Lespedeza davurica was studied by using the extracts from alfalfa root,stem,leaf and rhizosphere soil.The results showed that the allelopathy effects of 2.5% extract had the acceleration effect on seed germination.Strong inhibitory effect occurred when the concen-tration was over 5% and it was strengthened with the increase of extract concentrations.The seed of Lespedeza davurica could not germinate while the concentration was more than 10%.The extracts from root or soil had no significant influence.The allelopathy order of 3 extracts was stem and leaf > root > soil.
