摘    要:本研究对2011~2014年生产的20个帝泊洱茶珍样品进行分析,建立了帝泊洱茶珍高效液相色谱指纹图谱,同时结合化学计量学对帝泊洱茶珍和竞品茶珍进行区分。结果表明:指纹图谱相似性分析,帝泊洱茶珍相似系数均大于0.995,而10个竞品茶珍相似度均小于0.970。通过系统聚类和偏最小二乘判别分析,可明显区分帝泊洱茶珍和竞品茶珍。变量投影重要性准则研究显示,没食子酸(GA)、3号峰(未知物)、没食子儿茶素(GC)、儿茶素(C)和表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)等5种化合物相对含量的不同是区分帝泊洱茶珍与竞品茶珍主要因素。

Abstract:In this study, 20 batches Deepure instant pu-erh tea samples from 2011-2014 were evaluated by using high liquid chromatography (HPLC) ifngerprint. Meanwhile, the Deepure instant pu-erh tea samples were authenticated within different manufacturers by chemometrics method. The chemometrics method included hierarchical clustering analysis, partial least squares-discriminant analysis and variable importance for the project analysis. Results showed that the similarities of 20 batches of instant pu-erh tea samples were more than 0.995, and the 10 similar products were lower than 0.970. The Deepure instant pu-erh tea samples and similar products can be signiifcantly distinguished by hierarchical clustering analysis, partial least squares-discriminant analysis. The results of variable importance for the study showed that ifve compounds were the important factors for discrimination of samples.
