摘 要: | 转基因植物疫苗是将植物基因工程技术与机体免疫机理相结合,把外源基因引入植物体内,产生能使人体获得特异免疫能力的新疫苗,和其它疫苗相比,具有廉价、安全、有效等优点。在最近的研究中,越来越多的抗原蛋白在植物中得到了表达,进入了动物和体实验。在此,就这些进展以及植物疫苗的安全性进行了综述。

Abstract: | Transgenic plant-derived vaccine is a new vaccine that combines the technology of gene engineering and theory of immunology. It is produced by ransferring foreign genes into plants and elicits human special immunoactivity directly. Compare with other vaccines, transgenic plant-derived vaccine is cheaper, safer and more efficacious. In recent study, the more and more antigen protein expressed in plants, and them were tested on animals and human. In this paper, these advances and the security of plant-derived vaccines were summarized. |
