| Abstract: | This paper mainly discusses the present research situations of rice quality in China, introduces the researching result in milling quality, appearance quality, cooking quality, nutrition quality and eating quality in detail. Based on our researching work, we think the researching in meal quality, intermediate fraction and non-starch fractions should be strengthened. |
