| 摘 要： | 在推动社会主义新农村建设过程中,农业科普期刊起到了宣传党的方针政策、普及和推广农业科技知识、提高农民文化素质的重要作用。但由于其读者对象是广大农民,农业科普期刊更多的是承担新农村文化建设,传播农业公共信息,为“三农”服务的公益性职能。因此,建议把农业科普期刊纳入到公益性文化事业管理。

| Abstract: | Agricultural periodicals are playing very important role in prompting the construction of Socialist New Rural Area, making propaganda for the Party''s policy, popularizing agricultural science and technology and improving the cultural making of the farms. Agricultural periodicals must make great efforts on constructing new rural cultures, transmitting public agricultural information and serving as commonweal for the Three Nong ( agriculture, rural areas and farms ) because their readers are the farms in great population. So managing agricultural periodicals as commonweal of cultural project has been suggested in the article. |
