摘 要: | 烟草香气物质在近年来的研究中一直倍受重视。综述了施肥、水分管理、移栽等农艺措施和调制工艺对烟草香气物质含量影响的研究进展。农艺措施影响着烤烟生长发育过程中的一系列生理生化代谢,进而影响烟叶香气物质的含量和组成;调制工艺则影响烟叶质量潜势不同程度的发挥。

Abstract: | The research of aromatic matter of tobacco was paid more attention in recent years. The progress of effects of different agronomic measures including fertilization, water regimes and transplantation, etc. and curing conditions on content of aroma components of tobacco was reviewed. Agronomic measures mainly affected physiological and biochemical metabolism of tobacco growth and development, and fatherly affected the content and proportion of aromatic matters; curing conditions affected the phenotype of tobacco quality potential. |
