树莓叶片中黄酮类物质提取及抗氧化性研究

摘    要:试验以四季树莓的叶片为试材,利用分光光度法测定了四季树莓叶片中总黄酮含量,同时测定了抗氧化性及清除自由基的能力。结果表明四季树莓叶片中含有丰富的黄酮类物质,干样中含量为641.7mg/100g。在亚油酸体系提取物粗黄酮具有抗氧化效果,且随着添加量的升高,抗氧化作用呈上升趋势。其抗氧化的顺序为:0.02%槲皮素>0.02%PG>0.02%BHT>0.1%提取物>0.02%提取物>CK。黄酮提取物对DPPH·的也具有一定的清除作用,随着提取物浓度增加,清除率逐渐增高。其顺序为:PG>粗黄酮>槲皮素>BHT

Abstract:The contents of total flavonoids in leaves from four season raspberry were determined by spectrophotometric methods in terms of rutin equivalent. In addition, antioxidant activities of different addition amount extracts of leaves from four season raspberry in linoleic acid system and ability to remove free radical of DPPH were measured. The results indicated that the leaves from four season raspberry had plentiful flavonoids and the total flavonoids contents of the oven-dried leaves could reach 641.7mg/100g.. The extracts of leaves from four season raspberry exhibited strong antioxidative activities on oleic acid, The antioxidative activities decreased in the order of 0.02% queercetin >0.02%PG>0.02%BHT>0.1%crude flavonoid>0.02%crude flavonoid>CK. Flavonoids in four seasons raspberry showed stronger the capacities of scavenging the free radical of DPPH ,increasing with the quantities and the order was PG> crude flavonoid> queercetin> BHT
