| 摘 要： | 将不同配伍比例的黄芪当归散剂按1%添加量加入到固始鸡饲料中,由0日龄饲养至14日龄,解剖取样,分别测定计算免疫器官指数、新城疫抗体水平和外周血T淋巴细胞含量,结果显示:试验组各项指标均显著高于对照组(p<0.05);黄芪的免疫增强效果优于当归;且黄芪和当归以5:1的比例配伍效果最好。

| Abstract: | Pulvers of Astragalus membranceus and Anegelica sinensis with different ratio were supplemented respectively to the same basic dietary of Gushi chicken,using a proportion of 1% in the diet. till14day,anatomizing and removing the samples(thymus gland ;cloacal bursa;spleen;and blood) then the immune organ index?Newcastle disease specific antibody titer and the quantity of T lymphocyte of peripheral blood were tested. The results show that immunological parameters of the test groups are significant difference compared with control group (P<0.05);Addition of Astragalus membranceus to the chicken''s feed is better than Anegelica sinensis on immune effect;And the best effect lies in 5:1 ratio of Astragalus membranceus and Anegelica sinensis. |
