江苏弱筋小麦品种表现及存在问题探析

摘    要:江苏作为全国最大的弱筋小麦优势产业区,发展弱筋小麦生产和培育新品种具有独特的优势。为寻求弱筋小麦品种的突破,分析了弱筋小麦品质随着品种和种植环境改变而变化显著,蛋白质与湿面筋含量偏高且年度间不稳定,优质与高产等江苏弱筋小麦面临的主要问题,并就弱筋小麦新品种的选育提出了选育弱筋品质标准高且指标较稳定的品种,迅速推广利用溶剂保持力(SRC)等方法。

Expression and Analysis of Weak Gluten Wheat Varieties in Jiangsu Province

Abstract:Jiangsu Province,the largest priority industrial area of weak gluten wheat in China,possesses its particular advantage in production and new variety breeding.Seeking for a breakthrough in weak gluten wheat breeding,main problems concerning weak gluten wheat in Jiangsu Province such as significant changes in quality with varieties and planting environments,higher protein and wet gluten contents and instability among years,and relationship between high-quality and high-yield were discussed in this paper.And ideas of breeding weak gluten species with high-standard qualities and stable indexes and popularizing quickly the utilization of solvent retention capacity (SRC) in breeding new variety were also proposed.
