摘    要:为探讨夏季高温环境对西门塔尔种公牛精液品质和顶体反应相关酶活力的影响,选取年龄和健康状况相近,采精正常的西门塔尔成年种公牛30头,对其精液品质和顶体反应相关酶活力等指标按照春(3月-5月),夏(6月-8月),秋(9月-11月),冬(12月-2月)4个季节进行分组实验,并进行统计分析。结果表明:(1)夏季热应激可造成西门塔尔种公牛精液品质显著下降。采精量略有增加但随季节变化不明显(p>0.05);精子活力在夏季显著低于秋季(p<0.05),极显著低于春季和冬季(p<0.01);精液的密度夏季与秋、冬两季差异显著,极显著低于春季(p<0.01);夏季精子的顶体完整率和畸形率与春季、秋季和冬季存在显著差异,说明季节温度变化对西门塔尔种公牛精子顶体完整性和精子畸形有明显的影响。(2)夏季热应激可以使西门塔尔种公牛的几种重要顶体反应相关酶的活力降低。
